Important information about your holiday apartment in St. Christina

We look forward to welcoming you for your dream vacation in our apartment in St. Christina! Everything you should know about the booking and our additional services can be found here.

Terms of payment

The prices are per apartment per day , with a minimum stay of seven (7) nights. In addition, there is a fixed local tax which is payable locally. Children and adolescents up to 14 years of age are exempt from the local tax.

The price includes:

Bed linen, towels and bath towels
electricity
heater
Final cleaning
free use of the infrared sauna
WIFI
1 Parking space in the garage (garage door with remote control)
Ski box with drying system for skis, ski boots, and hiking boots
Use of the washing machine for a fee
Parasols and sun loungers in the well-tended panoramic garden

The reservation is valid only after receipt of the deposit by bank transfer. The deposit is non-refundable.

Payment of the total amount can be made by cash, credit card or bank transfer. We ask you to settle the bill before or upon your arrival at the reception.

Extra bed:

Upon request, we will provide an extra bed for a 5th person in the 4-person apartments.

Additional charge for extra bed:

30.00 euros per night
Crib: 10,00 Euro per night

Cancellation policy:

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are only accepted in written form. The deposit will be deducted and no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 days of the day of arrival (written form only) or in case of early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Reference is explicitly made to the provisions of Articles 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection code GvD 206/2005.

We recommend to purchase a travel cancellation insurance, e.g. www.europaeische.at

Arrival and departure

The arrival is possible from 3pm; the departure should take place by 10am.
In the high season we prefer the Saturday as arrival day.

Guest Card Guestpass

We will gladly give you the guest card Guestpass for free upon your arrival. With this card, you can use all public buses in South Tyrol unlimitedly and free of charge during your stay.
